We would not sell, or even consider a product that was not fully rated.

Are all our windows custom-built?

Yes. Each window installed during your project is custom-made to fit the exact size and shape needed for each individual opening in your home.

How long does it take to do the installation?

The average job is completed in one day. More complex projects can take longer, but that is not typical.

Do you install windows and doors year-round?

Yes. We install windows and doors year-round including the winter months.
Our installers install one window at a time and complete most projects in one day so your home is never exposed to the elements for any extended period of time. In the event of heavy rain or snow we reschedule your installation in a timely manner.

How do you prepare your house for the installation?

Our installers will need an open work area in front of each window. Move anything that may be in the way; remove all wall decorations close to the windows; take down all window curtains and blinds; disable window security systems. On the outside of your home protect all plantings below each window.

What happens to your old windows?

We will remove them from your property and properly dispose of them. This service is included in the window price.

What is the difference between "retrofit" and "full replacement"?

Retrofit means leaving the original (old) window frames in and installing the new vinyl frames within the existing. Full replacement means removing the existing (old) window frames.

Are new windows a bad investment if I plan on selling my home?

No! In fact, not only will new windows make your home more energy efficient and visually appealing, but they should increase the overall value of your home.

What is condensation and what can I do about it?

Condensation occurs when humid air comes in contact with a surface that is cooler than the air itself. In winter, when your high-quality vinyl windows are efficiently keeping cold air out and warm moist air in, condensation may appear as fog or moisture on the glass. Condensation does not indicate a problem with your windows; quite the contrary. It means you`re holding in warm air like never before. But you`re holding in humidity, too. That`s the problem.

How long does it take from the time I order to the time of installation?

Our lead time is usually 3-4 weeks. Our busy season starts in April and lasts through October. During our busy season you can expect a 4 week lead time.

I don`t know if I can afford to pay for my new windows or doors all at once, do you offer financing?

We sure do. We offer financing with competitive interest rates that our salespeople would love to tell you about when visiting you in your home. Just ask!

Do you have references in my area?

How much should I pay for replacement windows?

This is one of the most commonly asked questions by homeowners. In comparing price, it is critical for you to understand what you are getting for the money you will be investing. Be sure that you are making an “apples-to-apples” comparison. If a price sounds too good to be true, it probably is, and some critical ingredients will be missing. Extensive dry rot or other damage around existing windows may require repairs before new windows can be installed. Depending on the type of repairs needed, this will add to the cost of your new windows. Be sure the estimate includes disposing of the old windows. So, why the diversity in price? How long should it take for a representative to give me an estimate?

Depending on the size of the project, developing an estimate probably only takes about 15- 30 minutes. However, what does an estimate tell you about the company and the way it interacts with its customers? What does an estimate tell you about product selection and the options you have? What does an estimate tell you about the way the inside and outside of the window will be finished? What does an estimate tell you about the options you have for finishing the interior and exterior of the windows? What does an estimate tell you about the company’s record of repeat and referral business? As you can see, there is a lot of information you need to have and understand. It is your hard earned money you’re going to be investing. You don’t invest in new windows and doors everyday. In most cases, consumers don’t know what they don’t know. After the job is done is too late to deal with issues such as, “I thought it was going to look like …” or “I thought I was getting …” It is your home and your money, make sure you invest wisely. Fifteen minutes is not enough time for you to assess whether or not you are getting everything you need. Yes. A purchase of $2000 or more will result in $100 cash reward FOR YOU! If the purchase price is less than $2,000, you will receive a 2% award and your referral will receive 2% off the purchase price.

Is $100 the maximum amount of cash I can earn?

Is there a limit on how many friends I can refer?
